Property Care
Conducting weekly, bi monthly, and monthly property walkthroughs to check for security concerns, leaks, or damages and home wellness.
• Adjust climate control & humidity settings for optimal interior conditions.
• Test smart home systems, including security cameras, lighting, and automation.
• Run water in unused sinks and flush toilets to prevent buildup and odors.
• Pool & spa maintenance – Inspect water levels, test chemicals, and clean filters.
• Clear debris from patios, walkways, and driveways.
• Check exterior and landscape lighting, replacing bulbs as needed.
• Inspect wine cellar and specialty rooms to maintain proper temperature/humidity.
• Check for pest activity and schedule professional treatment if needed.
• Inspect irrigation systems for leaks and proper coverage.
Arrival and Exit Services

Pre-arrival Care:
• Open the Blinds
• Freshen the house (may include, airing out rooms, fresh vacuum, etc…)
• Check all appliances are functioning
• Check entertainment system/wifi
• Freshen and stock bathrooms
• Uncover and clean outdoor furniture
• Sweep off decks and porches
• Check vehicles are in working order etc.
• Concierge service for additional tailored services
Exit Service:
• Schedule and meet house cleaning service
• Turn off lights, unplug small appliances
• Close blinds
• Check locks on all windows and doors
• Remove left over food
• Take out garbage/recycling
• Cover patio furniture
• Reset temperature

Concierge Services
We can provide additional tailored services for the wellness of your home and comfort of your family and company.
• Home Monitoring: When pressing issues arise, and service is needed we would be available to allow access to the home and oversee work until it is complete and contractors or cleaners have exited, keeping the property safe.
• Emergency Check-ins. We would also provide a storm damage check in cases of extreme weather.
• Seasonal and Personalized Services: We can provide seasonal services and other services tailored to your specific needs.
